I have a problem with my 2002 GMC 2500(not a HD version). The passenger side window will not move up or down more than 1 1/2” or so. When it first happened the it was about half way down and after fussing with it I was able to work it up to a 1/4” of the top. It seems like it makes a tightening sound and then it stops. It does this same thing when it goes up or down. I took off the door panel to watch it when it moved and I could not tell what the problem was. Any help would be appreciated.
