Ok, this is the problem;
My fuel pump went out- I replaced it, it runs good.
I got and engine service light- I tried to read it but the port is not giving a signal to the reader(yes, the reader works) please help!
next -the starter seems to drag.
-my battery seem to drain 2 days dead(took battery to get checked out and shows good also had alternator checked and its good
- the other night my parking lights came on while sitting in driveway, maybe my truck is posessed.

Bad light switch. As far as the code reader not reading... make sure the wires are not pushed out of the backside of the plug in the truck. I have seen that a few times. Does your cigarette lighter work? If it doesn't then the fuse is blown. That fuse powers both the cigarette lighter and the DTC plug.
