2006 Sierra + 22" Rims
Is this possible to do without rubbing and having to change tires often.
If so what tire size? Any reccomendations on tires? What about 23"? Its a crew cab if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance |
If you go with a really low profile series tire like maybe 30 or something.

I just bought my 2004, 22x9.5 305/40/22's all around, no rubbing and no issues otherwise, except that it might be causing my abs light to go on (the brake place says yes, the rim shop says no) We'll see.

20s Instead
I changed my mind, Im going to put on 20s.
-What tire can I run with out adding a leveling kit and maybe lowering the rear? - If I do add a 1.5" leveling kit what size can I fit? |
Throw some 2 inch lowering shackles in the back with a 255/45/20" size tire.

Im either lowering it 2" in the back with shackles....
or leveling the front probably 1.5" Im justnot sure about tire size i wanna put the biggest tire I can with out losing MPG and it looking weird. |
I had purchased a set of GM OEM Denali 22's, and they had 285/45/22 tires on them.
http://www.aztekfanclub.com/SMF/inde...ach=2481;image Right now, I put the factory 17's back on and am looking to put a levelling kit or 3" lift kit on and bigger tires so Ive been wondering the same about largest tire size. |
with 20 on stock ride height or lower you can run a 275 55 20 or a 285 50 20
