2007 Chevy Silverado Interior Light Issue!

It all started to mess up when I tried to install aftermarket led dome lights. I put them in and then they stop working when I opened my driver and passenger door. So I took them out and put back the original dome lights but now they still wont turn on automatically when I open any door on my truck. Also now some of my interior lights went off (Where you turn the volume up is off all the dashes for the preset radio stations are off also where you adjust your bass and treble **** is not lighted up anymore). May I remind you it did all work in the beginning but now they just stop working. I messed with the dome override button and dimmer and that doesn't seem to be it. (The dome lights still come on manually just not auto). I checked the fuse in the inside of the truck It is not blown. Is there a fuse under the hood I need to check? Any help will greatly appreciated.

Maybe it has something to do with the auto shut-off from the timer. Just an odd ball ideal but disconnect the battery for a minute or two and see if that makes a difference.
