2010 Chevy Rough Idle

If anyone else has noticed this please let me know. I just recently bought a 2010 Silverado Z71 Crew Cab with the 5.3 V8 (Active Fuel Management). It has 11,000 miles on it. I've begun to notice it idles rough in gear or out of gear. Either when coming to a stop at a light, or just parked running. The tach will fluctuate from 700 RPM to 500 RPM and you can feel it in the cab. It just does this sporadically. I'm wondering if this is a recurring issue with others?

Any information would be appreciated...

I have a '09 with the same engine. Over 18,000 miles with no problems. I would take it to the dealer to have it checked out since it should be under warranty. It may have a code set that would lead you to the problem. Good luck.
