2010 Ext Cab Z-71 4x4 Humming Noise
 
So, I just got my truck last week. It has 25k miles with the Dueler A/T's still on it.

But, there is a really noticeable hum coming from the front left wheel well. It gets louder as you get between 40-50 mph then starts to drown out above that.

Is it just the tires? I've searched but can't really find anyone with problems on the front end of these trucks.

Update: I rotated the tires (front to back) and that fixed it. My fronts have some cupping going on so I need to get it aligned but so far, its nice and quiet.

You got any pictures of that beast? I have a 2011 GMC crew cab and love these trucks. Let's see your pride and joy!

I have that hum too.... Dealer just ordered me 2 new rims due to the finish cracking - figured I would mention it hen to have them check the wheel bearings maybe? They are going to have my truck a few days since they are painting the hood too due to minor (rust) bubbling the finish. All under warranty thank god.... gotta love New York's corrosive weather
