2011 tow mirrors
 

i want to get tow mirrors for my 2011 silverado and the stock mirrors are power and heated but no directional. i am wondering if anybodys know if i buy tow mirrors with directionals will they work? not sure if the wire is there already or not.

If it's not prewired for turn signals, it wouldn't be that difficult to wire yourself.
Just tap into the front signal on each side and run the wires along the fender to the door.

They are already wired.

It's a gamble. If it's not on the RPO list? It may not be wired.

it was wired for the tow mirrors with blinkers and heaters already on my 01 1500HD

The RPO list is the abbreviated list of options your truck was built with. The RPO list can be found on your glove box door

Here is a list of the RPO Chevy Codes and build options

RPO code: 9N9 45864 C MIR M MIRROR O/S LH & RH, REMOTE CONTROL, ELECTRIC, HEATED, LT SENSITIVE (SEO)

No, but it did have power mirrors, just no heaters or blinkers, but the wiring was there. i just plugged the towing mirrors in.
