Center instrument panel fuse block
Hi,
wondering if you can shed some light into an electrical issue. I have a 2002 Silverado, heated seats. Passanger side works good, driver side quit working last winter. I looked around and I found the center instrument panel fuse block. It has a space for a heated seat fuse. Once I got to the fuse box, I noticed that the spot that would normally have a fuse for the heated seats, has instead wires coming out of the fuse box. Is this normal? . How do i test the fuse if the wires are in there? .
Thanks for any help you can provide
