Hello, new to forum. I'm looking to upgrade the pulling power in my Tow Rig.. Truck is currently rated for 8600 GVW with the 3:73... I read that the 4:10 could give me as much as 10,300 GVW... I'm running completely stock on a 2001 GMC Sierra 2500 4x4 3/4 Ton, Ext cab Short-bed, 4-speed auto, 6.0 Vortec with 77,000 orginal miles and truck still looks brand-new...A New truck buy is out of the question, so this is my only option for right now...
Any tips or suggestions would be helpful...
