3'' body lift questions
 

Hey Everyone, I have a question about a 3'' body lift. I have a 2000 chevy silverado 1500 step side. What sort of problems am I going to face installing this? Fuel lines,Brake lines,Wiring? It seems like a pretty cut and dry install, but it never hurts to ask someone with some experience in this.

i believe correct me if i am wrong
that you can go with the 3 inch without modifying much
you may have to extend your brakelines that run to your calipers or drums
also i dont think that you have to alter the steering components i hope this helps

If you get a good body lift it'll come with new bumper mounts, steering extensions, spacers, etc.

i did a 3inch body lift on my 99 silverado and i did not have to extend the brake lines and only had to extend a couple wires but they give you everything in the kit. The ONLY problem i have is when i extended my fuel line that goes into the tank, because every time i fill up the fuel cant go in that fast other wise it will over flow
