Yeah that would look pretty interesting! Now I wanna see it.

I would do leveling kit and stay away from cranking torsion bars. I personal don't like body lifts cause the visibilty of the frame sticks out way to bad and then the gap in the wheel wells. Just me though.

You should always get it aligned after any lift or playing with the torsion bars.

that would be a sight seeing a stock truck with 35's wedged underneath it

buttdixo - I agree 100%
farmer - that with the fenders cut out to make them fit... i have got this sweet mental picture going... |
Yes Yes Yes, I think we have the plan layed out. Cut up a set of junk yard fenders, get a set of crappy steel wheels and make them bead locks, and put a set of 38's under a stock truck. This would make one hell of a hill climer! Now I want to do it!
Swap the fenders and tires and go wheelin' with a not lifted 38" tire truck. That thing would look so mean, I bet it would look a lot like a CORR truck or trophy truck! Any one got a set of extra fenders they would be willing to donate?? |
Mmmmm... I am thinkin i am going to have to start looking for a set of fenders rusted out fenders to cut up. My roommate has a set 35"s I could probably use for fun. Then I can take that out to the sand dunes and see what kind of looks I get. Drive it down stock and then swap out the fenders and tires... mmmmmm...
I LOVE those CORR trucks!!!! |
The only thing I see a problem with is the fender wells, my 32's are hitting the fenderwell in the front as it is. (I think I have my driver side t-bar sagging on me)
But the back should clear a set of 35x12.50's pretty easy. |
