350vortec 454vortec swap

has anyone done a swap like this before, or know anyone who has. I want to know what will have to be changed out other than the engine and tranny. This is for a 98 chevy 1500 4x4

everything...you need a wrecked truck really...ecm,harnesses,fuel system,etc
