4l60e probs help please

what do you think it could be? i have a 95 chevy z71 and it just lost reverse and now it dont wanna down shift what do you think???:(

I would have to look at my tranny book but I would say you probably have a cascading failure in the shift solonoids. How many miles are on it? I had to rebuild mine at 215,000 roughly

okay thanx guys and it has bout 220 on right now but the guy told me it was all rebuilt but i have not a clue
