I just did a rebuild on a 4l60e in a 1995 z71. I installed a master rebuild kit. after rebuild,I then had no 2 or 4 and reverse slipped. I found the tcc solenoid to be leaking bad and losing pressure. After replacing, this restored reverse but I still have no 2 or 4. Checked the servo and it is fine. But I did notice that the servo goes in a long way. I pulled pan again and checked band movement. The band ends almost touch when servo engages by hand. Could the leaking tcc solenoid have burnt the new band up? I am at a loss.
