4x4 problems

Hello

I have a 2004 Sierra 2500 LT 6/L pickup crew cab. A month ago I started having problems with my four wheel drive. a CO 327 was read after going on the form I found that it was my tccm. I replaced the tccm and found there was no change. I then a new actuator motor was installed. The 4wd worked for about 15 minutes and then the light on my control button when out. And then I bought a brand new control button and installed it. It worked for about 10 kilometres and then the light went out again. I would also like to note that my pressure gauge and my volt meter started to act up prior to this problem and they did not work. My speedometer also started at 20 kilometers per hour and then started working a after one day. When I installed the new four wheel drive switch the oil pressure gauge started working again. I don't know if I have a wiring problem or do I have an onboard computer problem. would it be best to take it to a dealer and bite the bullet?:rolleyes::mad::(

I seem to remember a TSB about tccm's that don't respond soon enough. Check all your connections to make sure they are good and then find&pull the fuse for 1 minute to see if the tccm will start talking again.

It sounds like your really having some bad luck with getting this issue fixed. It sounds like an electrical problem. What makes it really look that way is the fact that your gauges started acting up. My gauges were acting up this past summer. I ended up having to wire in a relay to prevent that problem. When it acts up,are you losing any power in the truck?

my truck does not lose power. my oil presure gauge started to work for 2 days then gone again that could be my stepper motors. I thing there is a gremlin in my truck screwing it up like in the twilight zone:confused:

My gauges did the same thing a little at a time, and then started doing it all of the time. When it got to the point where they did it everytime I drove the truck,it started losing power and started taking off in 2nd gear.
