Hi. I am looking for proven performance parts/mods for my '03 1500 Silverado with the 5.3 liter.
Cyl. heads. Intakes. Cold air Intakes. Headers. Exhaust setups.
Even forced air systems.
What do you have? How well does it work?
Suggestions?

Tune, exhaust, CAI, underdrive pulleys, corvette servo. All I have added have provided some noticeable power. However I do not have an actual tune as of yet, but I do have a Superchips Flashpack programmer for now. Oh and I like everything I have done. CAI is a K&N Series 77, Underdrive pulleys are from Summit Racing, Exhaust was done by a muffler shop (Location is in my Signature), programmer is by Superchips Flashpack and the corvette servo is from Organ Performance off Ebay. TB Bypass & removed insulators is done after reading it in the free horsepower mods section.
