mine lasted to 195,000 on a 4L60E with me running the dog **** out of it, i was pretty happy. $1300 to get it rebuilt with corvette servos, transgo shift kit, sunshell kit, and all kinds of other crap

I hav enot done a shift kit on my 2004, but I did one on my dad's 90 model and it was not too bad. Just follow the instructions and be patient. I figure it could not be to different... right?

It used to be that way when I started too but sometimes it turns into a general BS forum. Ah, what can you do. If I started my own forum, ya think I could make it work? I was thinking about a "anyone can join and discuss anything about cars and trucks" type of forum. It would be good experience for me with the web developing and I think it would be fun.
