89 Silverado wont start when damp out
 

Hello,

I have an 89 Silverado that won't start in damp weather. It will crank fine and I can start it by manually dumping fuel in the carb (throttle body?)

I am not mechanically inclined and on a budget so I dont want to just start replacing parts.

Looking for the most likely cause. Any help would be appreciated.

Fuel filter is a cheap start.
