96 chevy c/k 2500 4x4 issue
 

i have a 96 chevy silverado 4x4 c/k2500 how do i get it out out of 4 wheel low . (floor shifter lever ) i put it in neutral tryed shifting back to 2 high but just grinds have to turn the truck off and switch it back . do i need to put it in reverse ? fell kinda dumb my our truck has a push button 4 wheel have never had any issues can you help

you have a transfer case problem either a bent shift fork or other things...........sound like a trip to the tranny shop is in your future[:@]
