I have a '96 K1500 Silverado w/ approx. 110k miles, which has recently (last 3-4 weeks) been having starting issues. At first it would take a couple tries for the engine to start, but then the truck would run great. The past few days it has gotten much harder to start, and today it finally wouldn't start at all. Starter is good. I checked the fuel pressure (turned key to "on" postion, heard FP running, then put a pressure gauge on the fuel supply line to the engine). With the key in the "on" position, the pump is generating about 54 psi fuel pressure. I've cycled this several times just bleeding the fuel pressure, but to no avail. It seems to hold fuel pressure at 54, might drop 2 psi, but not each time. If anyone has any thoughts/suggestions, please offer them up! Thanks.
