Do a search on here for "Free Mod List". There are some things on the list you can do to your rig that will help out. To start, get yourself a K&N and exhaust system. Programmers are in constant debate (sort of) on here as to which is better. Getting a custom tune, however, is the best hands down. Keep in mind that you have to pay to play so if your driving it everyday you need to do your homework on what will work without taxing your rig too much. Example: A supercharger might be pushing the limit if you drive it everyday and expect hassle-free operation with decent gas mileage. Research your mods you wanna do and ask us. We can tell you the best way to do it. You need to look at what you are planning to do with your truck first. You going to race around with it, tow with it, off road with it, just drive it everyday and have fun, or any combination of the four?
