Help!!! Truck wont start

I have a 1981 silverado it wont start outside when its 40f and under but as soon as it warms up it will. There no clicking all lights come on but start no matter what ..Any help would be appreciated thnx !

Will it start with a boost when it's cold? I'm thinking weak battery or loose battery cable. Has the battery been load tested?
