99 7.4 missing after warm up

99 7.4 missing after warm up

I have 99 class c 7.4 vortec powered 30 k miles it runs perfect the first 4 or 5 minutes instant start up then the like a switch flipped it starts runing rough and rich changed the lower o2 sensor ,

I would lean towards the coolant temp sensor.
