99 GMC Sierra- cranks no start /security light
 

My truck will not start. The key fob doesn't work, dome lights not working - however the dash, radio, windows work. The engine turns over but will not run and the security light stays on. Tried unplugging the battery and got a new battery for the key fob as well. Any ideas what this might be? Thanks
