99 Sierra no cold air

HI, I have a 99 Sierra, it's not blowing cold air with the AC on. To test this, I have run the truck with the AC on max, the AC compresser is not engaging. I have checked the 10 amp "ac" fuse, it's ok. What other checks can I do to diagnose the problem? Any tips would be appreciated.

Try the cycle switch mounted on the accumalator.
