99 Silverado power door lock problem
 

i have a 99 silverado and the power door locks do not work. you can here the actuators on both sides but they dont lock / unlock. also the manual unlocks on both sides seem very very hard to operate. even with the keyless remote you can hear the actuators moving and it sounds like it should work. but again the locks dont budge
