99 sub. brake fuse blows

Hi everybody, At the fuse panel in the dash. #1 fuse for brake light also powers TCC Switch. What is this and where is it at. CHMSL. is also on that fuse. Anybody have a idea what that is. Still can't find reason for the fuse to blow when applying brake pedal.

chmsl is your third brake lite.

most likely cause is some shoddy wiring under the rear touching something....or a bad socket
