99 taillights
 

Hey guys got a 99 silverado and left taillight went out ,found under the box a square bleck junction box where the main harness plugs in and they branch off,well i have no power caoming for my left taillight out of there, now my ? is that the circuit box that is under recall or is that a whole diff story ? thanks
