Hello:

I have a 1993 Chevy 1500. My A/C is cold and blows great, but the compressor cycles every few seconds on and off. I brought it to a A/C technician and he said I have the exact amount of freon, so that wasn't the problem. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Mine the low pressure cut off switch was bad. It plugs right into your dryer. Easy to replace should cost you $10 bucks or so.
