I've never seen a dash kit that looked good. Some are so delightfully tacky as to just stick over the top of existing pieces with double sided tape... Blegh.

If you really want to make something cool looking, you can't ever go wrong with painting. As long as you put in the time for prep work, it'll come out looking waaaay better than anything you buy off Ebay.

Just a thought. Welcome by the way.

You can put one from a Denali in those are pretty cool. But most of the ones on Ebay are junk remember you get what you pay for.

yeah I like the idea of putting one from the Denali on there...ill check out some of the junkyards around here and see if i can start finding some pieces....the body style i have always seems to be in high quantity in junk yards which i guess is a good thing, but also makes me sad! haha

Wow I cant find them in any yards around here. If you find some Denali's let me know I want the front clip from one. Also check Ebay.

I agree with the Major. Most dash kits look artificial. They look like someone put in a dash kit!!

Although a lot of the dash kits are tacky, if you have a clean interior, and pick out a decent looking dash kit like the wood grain, it will come out really nicely. I've actually seen several cars with the wood grain kits and as long as you get a color that blends with the interior nicely, you can't beat it. Cheap, quick, and effortless.
