Age old agruement - MAGNAFLOW VS FLOWMASTER
 

I am leaning toward the Magnaflow simply because the Stainless steal exhaust appeals to me.

Convince me...which is better?

well this is the same old thing....but to put in an easy way for you it is like this . The sounds that come out of both are different, but also i see it as both exhaust systems whether aluminized or stainless are nice, yes one is going to rust out faster, but that usually takes years anyways.i thinkit is a personal choice, neither is really better than the other i dont think, it is just up to what you prefer in sound an product style.

I agree it is all what you are looking for! Both are excellent products and will last ya a long time. In my opinion, as far as sound is concerned, flowmaster sounds a hell of a lot better than magnaflow. Original 40 series is one of the best sounding I've ever heard. I believe you could put that damn muffler on a lawn mower and it would sound good!:D

I agree with both. Flow's do sound a lot better and they'll last for ya at least a little bit. I had a set of flows on an old car of myn that were rust buckets after a couple of years. My advice to that is to keep them clean. They were around a lot of salt so I'm sure that had a lot to do with it. I'm a Borla man myself. You get what you pay for with them.

You certainly have to keep your undercarriage clean. Especially if you live in a area where they salt the roads.
