Anti Theft Reset

I have a 1995 Chevy Show Truck USA. Only model name I can find. My granddaughter was messing with the fuses in the panel inside the truck, and somehow engaged the anti theft system which shut down the fuel pump. Now it won't start. The previous owner told me there is a small reset button under the dash, but I have been looking for 3 days and still cannot find it. Any idea what it looks like or aproximate location. This is driving me nuts.
Previous owner tried to tell me where it was located, but I don't see it. Said he could show me better than tell me. But he lives over an hour and a half from me, and doesn't want to make the drive.
Any help would be so welcome. And thanks in advance. Anything I can try to reset the system.

If there is a button it is an aftermarket one. Usually they are located either in the fuse panel, in the ashtray, under the dash right where the bottom of the plastic part of the dash ends, or sometimes they are just tie wrapped up near the brain of the alarm. Looking under the drivers side dash it should be very evident where the aftermarket wires are running under there. Do you have an aftermarket key chain with buttons on it to turn the alarm on and off? There is a factory alarm on the 95's that shuts the fuel pump off but there aren't any buttons to turn it on and off. It works automatically with the key. Is the "security" light flashing on the instrument panel?

I looked every place you mentioned and still cannot find it. No security light flashing. I have a key chain that came with the truck. It has a lock, unlock, aux, and a horn symbol. But that is all Thanks for replying.
