Any motor heads out there???????
 

I know a bit about motors but I am stumped on this one.

Just put a new crank in my 350,(spun #2 and #8 rod bearings) now when the truck is fully warm I show no oil pressure but the truck is not knocking and sounds great...shows 50psi on start up cold....is this a simple sending unit issue...or did i miss something ( like cam bearings)?

If theres no knocking sounds good and you can prove that oil is getting though the engine you probably messed up the oil pressure gauge in some way

(i haven't gotten to this part in college so im taking a luck guess :P )

Is it Motor Head, or Gear Head LOL

yeah im not sure yet...i think im going to pull a valve cover and check out the upper end and see what i see.....any one else?
