i have an 07 silverado 1500-2 whl. drive-4.3- Standard trans- WT.
i would like to know if there is a way to "without setting any trouble codes"
disable the automatic headlight feature. i prefer to turn on an off the headlights myself when I need them. i dont need the lights to come on in the garage when i turn the key to on as im starting the truck. i have somewhat bypassed the DRL but have yet to figure out the same with the auto headlights.

thanks for your reply. i tried the E-brake caper an it kinda works, at least i can turn the lights off now with the switch. before the switch would not turn the lights off. thanks again!!!
