best combination for my 79 gmc jimmy

I have a 1979 gmc jimmy that is stock height with 31's on right now. but i am looking for the best combination like a 4 inch suspension lift with 33's. Thats probably what i'm giong with. and does anyone know where i can get those tube bumpers
