Default Best Place to Get Tires / Horn Question

Hi, first post, so I hope I'm not being redundant. I read the FAQ's, and hope I post some original issues.

My truck is a 2005 Crew Cab 1500 Z-71.

1) I just had a leveling kit installed. My front went up 3", my rear 1". Now I'm supposed to be able to run 33's without any rubbing, although by measurements, it's going to be pretty close, so I think I'll have to trim. Anyone have any experience in this?

2) Where is the best places to buy tires and wheels? It's sad, because my grandad owned a tire shop for almost 30 years and still wholesales, but he's not finding any specials right now. He told me to scour the internet and see what I can find, and although I've found some decent prices, I figured I'd ask to see where everyone else is getting theirs from. I currently have 17" wheels, but would like a different set, or maybe move up to 18", and run 33" tires.

3) My horn works sometimes, and other times, it doesn't. What gives?

Thanks guys, and Happy Easter.
