Best price where to buy 383 Stroker

Im looking for the best place to buy an new 383 stroker for my 1991 Sierra my 350 is getting real tired. I ve seen a lot on ebay but you never know about the quality of stuff on there. But i want a direct bolt in i beleive that would be 88 and up blocks if im not mistaken.
