Brake light stays on after first break application

2002 Silverado 1500 just raised 6 inches with Rough Country lift kit. Left front brake was binding. Removed caliper and caliper bracket. Caliper guide pins would bind after inserting 3/4 of the way in. Found suspension bushing jamming at small end of guide pin bolt. Replaced OEM guide pin bolts with torx or star key with new ones which have hex bolt heads. Pins otherwise look identical to OEM torx head pins. Put rubber suspension bushings on pins and lubed with caliper grease. Bushings bind on pins and move past smaller part of pin and bind in caliper bracket. Worked on this for over an hour with no success. Removed rubber guide pin suspension bushings and inserted pins in caliper bracket. No more binding. Assembled calipers and test drove truck. Now the brakes seem normal, No pulling to one side or binding but the brake light comes on after first application of the brakes.

Where is the pressure operated switch which will turn on the light if there is an imbalance in the brake pressure?
Is it the connector on the master cylinder or at the ABS control module in the center passenger side if the frame rail?

I know the brake light will also come on with parking brake on. Checking that even thought i have removed almost all pressure on PB cables.
I do not see any fluid coming out from any brake line and the pedal is firm and not spongy.
Getting P0235 diagnostic code.

Changed VSS after removing tailstock Seems to be OK

Seems to be tied to ABS and brake system. Changing the VSS cleared the no upshift and brake light problem. Looks like it is fixed.
