A/C info need for 94 Silverado

Hi all,
First post,my friend has a 94 Silverado and wants to convert it to R22.
Have most of the conversions gone well?
Truck has maybe 70,000 miles on it.
Where is the orifice at?
Any other in will be nice.

the orrifice is right at the condensor right infront of the radiator.
