Camshaft upgrade?????
I have a 2006 GMC Sierra, 5.3l V8. I am putting a turbo into my truck and have heard that I should upgrade my camshaft and switch to long tube headers to help get the optimal power. Any thoughts or opinions would be greatly appreciated.
