wanting to know would this be smart to get someone to weld the origional spring brech back on there? or find a new housing? a 6in block sits here and the truck has a 9in lift and runs 37s

find a new housing , that thing is spare parts for flanges or what have you , not worth trying to fix that !

It can be welded but unless you have a jig to make sure the C/L is on it will never be the same. You just found one reason why lift blocks are not a good idea. In some states 4" blocks in the rear are all you can legally run.

Since you are asking I'll second the new housing option.
If you plan on keeping the 6" blocks maybe consider traction bars to help take some strain off the mounts.
