Can you repair bumper damage or have to replace it?
 

Guy backed into my truck broke front tag mount, and it looks like someone hit bumper with a sledge hammer in 2 places on the front bumper. Can that be popped back out or will i have to replace the bumper?

may be easier just to replace the whole thing

Even if its popped out, it will still look damaged. Look at some junkyards first.
