Default Carb Legal Headers?

I'm currently looking at purchasing some after-market headers for my 5.3L V8 Silverado (2001), and I was wondering if the Summit Racing Headers are Carb-legal in CA?

If they aren't I would also appreciate suggestions on carb-legal headers that are under $200 but still good quality.

Thanks

Under $200... and good quality? Good Luck!. If you find some let us know. And for goodness sake stay away fromt he Summit brand headers! Everuyone I know that has had a set has complained about them burning up gaskets and leaking and the paint peeling off them.
What kind of truck do you have and motor?

Know I had a Summit Catbca systema dn it worked fine. I just infact cut the catback system off my truck, because the muffler rusted out after 4 or 5 years.
A lot of guys are also saying to stay away fromt eh shorty headers. It is said that they do not flow much more than your stock manifolds. Pacesetters long tube headers seem to be what a lot of people are running.

Allright so I should be good with the cat back, 4 or 5 years is plenty of time for the price.
And yeah someone else recommended Pacesetters, i'll look in to that!
Thanks!
