Changing a 4L60E Tranny?

I have a 01 1500 4x4 and was wondering how hard it is to change the tranny and if any special tools are required?

It's not real fun. No specialty tools to speak of...a lot of extensions, an extra set of hands, a little bit of common sense, some patience...

i thrid that. we just swaped one out a couple weekends ago on one of the guys that i live with truck. we just put it up on blocks in the school parking lot. not too bad. just patience and time.
