Default Changing a headlight

This is normally a 5 minute job.

1. remove spare battery tray (no battery, just a tray) 8 bolts, didn't want it to fly out.
2. remove mounting bolt to the neck on the worlds largest washer fluid reservoir. remove mystery brace under the hood that appears to be there just to be in the way.
3. perform contortionist move to twist the bulb the correct direction while simultaneously pulling the neck of the reservoir out of the way.
4. remove bulb from lamp, undo the clip that holds the clip that holds the bulb wire in place. Undo the clip that holds the wire in place.
5. get new bulb, clip wire in place, clip clip that holds clip that holds wire in place in place.
6. perform contortionist move to return bulb without damaging the bulb.
7. re-attach all of the unnecessary parts with the, count them, 11 bolts! Thank goodness they are all 10 mm.

Time: 35 minutes.

Thanks GM for keeping it simple!

I'm just throwing this out there, and some may find it a bit harsh, but usually what I see people do is unscrew the top of the washer jug, bend it down and shove your hand in there and git'er done lol Haven't seen anyone break a washer bottle let.

Of course I'd never admit to doing such a thing, because that's not the correct way to do it lol

Tried it, couldn't get the clearance. Also worried about scratching the bulb.
