chevy 2004 silverado 4.8L

Default chevy 2004 silverado 4.8L

my truck just started to shake we changed the plugs and wires but when we took it to auto zone they put it on their hand held dignotic thing they said it multiply misfirings still changed the fuses could it be the distributor and rotor that may be causing it to still vibrate?

The 4.8 does not have a distributor or rotor.

Have you cleaned your throttle body lately? If that doesn't fix it I would do a compresion check and fuel pressure check.
