I have a 1991 chevy Silverado with a bad cluster, im sure its a common issue. It basically doesn't read any. gas. the fuel pump, line etc work and I've determined its the cluster. my question is if I can use a cluster from a different year. in Los Angeles its hard to get clusters for a 91. but I see a lot of 92-94 year clusters available.
can I use one of those? thank you for your help!

 

Can I put a 2000 Silverado front right axle in a 91 Silverado? The 2000 don’t run but all the parts are on good shape and the 91’s U joint snapped on the tire end. I was wondering if I could put the 2000 axle in the 91. There both independent front ends.
