chevy gauge clusters

Default chevy gauge clusters

if i swap the clusters will the mileage from the other truck show up when i replace it?

edit: i was wrong

but to be honest, i don't know for sure. just speaking from what i saw when i repaired a cold solder on my truck's odometer.

The mileage stays with the cluster not the truck.

wow, then that is something to watch out for when buying a used truck.

Absolutely - that is why eBay is loaded with clusters.
