clutch?

hey guys new to the site, newayz, have a 95 half ton 4x4 thats been giving me some problems. i replaced theclutch slave and master cyclinders and the hose that connects them both but my problem still continues. its standardand the problem is that the gears get real hard sumtimes to put in, mostly first and second, at a complete stop sumtimes cant even get it into first. then when i try to put into second sumtimes it grinds. i dont know wut else to try. help me somebody

syncchro mesh not sure how to spell it that happened to my RX7 dont know how my buddy fixed it but I dont think it was hard for him.

Yea, check the synchronizers, or possibly the throwout bearing. Not sure if the pressure plate would cause them symptoms, but my 1st guess would be the snychro's. Jim
