i have an 01 silverado 1500 ext cab short bed as of 2 weeks ago i have been pissing threw anti freeze left an right about a (bottle every 3 days),its not leaking theres no bad hoses or anything radiator looks to be in good shape,im asking for some help,i work on cars an do it for a living but not experienced yet with diagnosing issues,my thoughts right off the bat is a bad headgasket,others say intake gaskets are gone,heres what i no an see exhaust smells sweet antifreeze is going somewhere an the trucks warms up too fast,let me no what you all think i would greatly appreciate it thanks pat

Well first, what is "warming up too fast"? Also, is the exhaust cloudy at all when the engine is warmed up? Secondly, have you pulled your spark plugs to look at them? If in doubt, take a picture of one and post it here.

Have you ever overheated your engine? What engine do you have?

If you think you have a blown head gasket, take your front O2 sensors out and look at them. This will tell what side of the motor it is. After that, get a compression check.

warming up to fast as in temp gauge i start it every morning let it run an legit after 5 or 10 mins its up to normal operating temps no mstter how cold it is yesterday was 20 degrees here an after 10 mins it was warmed. the exhaust is cloudy as hell i got new plugs an wires a month ago my old plugs are all black an moldy looking.... hope this helps thanks for all the replys.

These trucks don't have coolant plumbed through the intake so you can rule out an intake gasket. Sounds like a head gasket or cracked head. There is a bad batch of heads, I believe they are the Castech 706 heads that are the bad ones. If it is a cracked head I would replace both heads while you have it apart and make sure they are not the 706's.
